Al-Khidmat: Building Better Roads for Abbottabad

​Al-Khidmat Welfare Organization is working hard to improve travel and help the local community. We have finished 2.5 km of road cutting in the mountains, but we still have a long way to go. Over 19 km of more work is needed to connect these areas. We are using heavy machines like excavators to clear the land before leveling and pouring concrete.
​At the same time, we are busy paving and leveling streets in local neighborhoods. These new roads will make life easier for residents and help boost tourism for visitors from around the world. By fixing these paths, we are helping people reach schools, hospitals, and jobs more safely.
