Al Khidmat Welfare Organization began its journey in 2014 with a mission to serve humanity and support communities in need. The organization initiated its registration process with the Directorate of Social Welfare, Special Education and Women Empowerment, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, to establish a structured and recognized platform for its welfare activities. After years of dedication and community service, the organization was formally registered in January 2018.

In recognition of its performance and commitment to social welfare, the Directorate of Social Welfare upgraded the organization on merit in January 2021. Furthermore, the Chairman of the Charitable Commission granted registration based on the recommendation of the District Management, Abbottabad. Through the support of volunteers and dedicated members, Al Khidmat Welfare Organization continues to work for social development, community support, and humanitarian assistance for those who need it most.
